Bohdan Zabawskyj is the CTO at Mercatus Inc. where he has overall responsibility for the Engineering, QA, IT, and DevOps teams. Prior to Mercatus, Bohdan was the CTO at Rypple where he was responsible for evolving Rypple’s SaaS based performance management solution to meet the needs of a rapidly growing client base which included Facebook, LinkedIn, & Spotify. Previously, Bohdan was the CTO at Redknee were he contributed to Redknee's growth from a start-up to a publicly traded and profitable entity with clients in over 60 countries over a 10 year period.
Bohdan is very active in the startup community as an Advisor to a number of compelling companies including Kik, Staff, ParkBench, and DevBBQ – and as a Meetup Organizer (Toronto CTO Group & Ionic Toronto). Bohdan is a named inventor in over 50 patents and pending patent applications world-wide. Bohdan has B.A.Sc. & M.Eng degrees in Electrical Engineering and a MBA in IT Management.

Erik's career spans over a decade of diverse roles in support, QA, operations, development, infrastructure, and technical leadership in B2B, B2C, and public sector organizations.
As CTO at Uberflip for the past four years, Erik built and led a dev/QA/ops team responsible for delivering a highly-available, secure, and highly-scalable SaaS platform serving such enterprise customers as HP, Cisco, UPS, Deloitte, SAP, Oracle, PwC, JP Morgan Chase, and others.
Erik is the co-founder and former CTO of a Canadian regional telecom company, where he developed and commercialized innovative technologies.
Erik is also highly active in Toronto's tech community, including co-organizing the Toronto CTO Group and the DevOps TO meetups as well as DevOps Days Toronto.
Since starting his career 15 years ago as a software developer, Inbae has held numerous DevOps and technology leadership roles. He's led teams and multi-million dollar projects for TELUS, Indigo, and Madison Square Garden. He's the founder of five technology companies including Hubba (TechVibes Startup of the Year Finalist 2012 and winner of the Branham300 Top 25 Startup Award).
Inbae is the Founder of Adelpha Tech, a technology strategy company focused on designing profitable technology and the teams to support it, for clients such as Deloitte and RBC.
He also teaches a web development course at Humber College, which he designed to help students apply business thinking to their technology and design decisions.
Inbae has advised several Toronto startups, including Careerify (acquired by LinkedIn), Hovr.it (acquired by Slyce), and Brainstation (acquired by Konrad Group).

Ken Ono is an entrepreneurial executive with deep knowledge at the intersection of machine learning, blockchain, and software development in a wide range of industries including financial services, wearables, blockchain, IoT, healthcare and technology.

Ken is CTO of Axon VetCare Technologies Corp and is a Co-Founder of Angoss Software Corporation, a thriving data mining and AI company. Ken was also recently the CTO at Blockchain Markets Inc. where he lead the development of a world-class cryptocurrency exchange, featuring an outstanding UX and low-latency trading engine.
Ken also led the analytics initiatives at companies such as Rangle (a leading digital transformation consultancy) and NexJ Systems (a leader in Enterprise CRM for the world's largest financial institutions. Ken has experience in IoT and healthcare wearables gained from a building an app for a next-gen blood pressure monitor and his time as CTO of Myant, a leading expert in wearable technology research and development that creates products using smart fabric, printed electronics, and integrated electronics.
As VP of Commercialization and Innovation at NexJ Health, Ken led large multi-stakeholder projects in the health and wellness space.
Paul Baranowski is an engineering executive who has been bringing together A-player teams to build successful products for over 10 years. He was responsible for scaling the engineering teams at Muse, Sourcefabric, and HealthScreen, hiring over 100 developers, QA, product managers, and tech leads. Paul has extensive experience using offshore development teams to augment local development talent. He has often been brought in to companies to help turnaround engineering teams engaged in continuous fire-fighting.
As VP of Engineering at Muse, Paul was responsible for bringing the brain-sensing headband to life, managing everything from manufacturing to device drivers to mobile app to the cloud. He designed such systems as the highly-available and secure cloud backend, the big data analytics system for the largest dataset of brainwaves in the world, and the algorithm development pipeline. As CTO of Sourcefabric, he was responsible for developing three media-publishing SaaS products built by three teams in three different countries.
Paul is the founder and organizing member of the Google Cloud Meetup in Toronto, and helped get the group official Google sponsorship. Paul is also the founder and senior teacher of Luminous Ground meditation group and teacher training program, with the goal of reducing suffering in world.
